Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following situations:

Returns sent without prior coordination will not be accepted.

Customer contacts us within the allowed timeframe.
Once approved, we will provide the return address.

- Arrange and cover the cost of return shipping, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect.
- Ship the product via Olva Courier or another preferred courier.
Customer must provide the tracking number once the return is shipped.

⚠️ Refunds or exchanges are only processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase once the product has been validated.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or faults attributable to the brand.

Customers can request an exchange for another product of the same value.
If exchanging for a higher-priced product, the customer must cover the price difference.
For exchanges, the customer pays the shipping cost of the new product, unless the reason is a defect or fault.
Customers may include additional products in the replacement shipment, paying only the price difference and applicable shipping.
